UMVA Bank is the internet bank solution developed for MFI's, as well as small banks, micro credits organizations, money exchange bureaus, insurance companies etc.

With this solution MFI¡¦s and other organizations are able to implement a banking solution. In our experience the solution is the right answer to organizations that do not have a computerized system at this moment. These organizations need to improve the efficiency- and profit levels in order to be sustainable.
The commercial banks are implementing products and solutions for the developing countries based on the existig products; they are working with a higher cost structure.

Also any other organization that has members and a cash flow can benefit from the system. UMVA Banking functionality.

Roles

The super user per bank is able to define the user rights and assigns roles to users. Each action in the system has an operation code and will receive a transaction key. The system is able to deliver any report for audit trail. The auditor (internal or external) has the possibility to make request for a single transaction or any kind of ranges.

Customer services or Reception

The reception is for the system one of the most important functions. They are the connection between the client and the system. Customers come to reception for assistance, for questions, for business support.

Cashier or Teller

Is the reception most important for the relation between Client and System or Bank, the Cashier is most important for the client; their main objective is deposit or withdraws cash. In many cases this operation is taking hours, but with UMVA clients will have the possibility to request cash via the system. In that case the cashier knows what the client wants and is able to prepare the visit of the client, the client comes and take the cash, it is now a matter of minutes.

Administration

Reports

All reports are made in PDF format, and are uniquely market by report r, data stamp and person who requested the report; the PDF can only be printed and is not to be manipulated as described in Sarbanes Oxley and Basel II acts.

Auditor

The internal auditor is the function that works closely with the external auditor to do the day to day audits.

Manager

The manager has a need to know that all operations are well executed can make reports for that, on the other hand the manager wants overviews of the bank operations in relation to the budget and plans. The manager has an automated balance scorecard to perform this duty.
The financial reports to the authorities can be processed automatically, the reports can be tailored by the us during the implementation, or buy the manager using the report tools.

Board Member

The bard members have in some cases special tasks that they want to perform, such as setting some rates, give some authority to people. Also the reports for the financial authorities are in some cases the responsibility of the board members.
